	　　統一星巴克自10月24日起，推出《相約彼端咖啡美好時光-張雪泡在星巴克旅影札記2015》一書，以新銳攝影家張雪泡的視角，透過風格強烈的影像敘事風格，將統一星巴克及上海星巴克經營至今1000家門市之中，精選出20家不可錯過的門市，分爲白天及夜晚兩冊，將門市迷人風貌及咖啡人文故事一次收錄!</p>
<p>
	　　統一星巴克表示，近年來他們透過不同風格的出版物，以更多樣的方式推廣品牌精神。於15週年時(2013年)以《你所不知道的星巴克祕密》一書，以A到Z說明關於星巴克的小故事。16週年時(2014年)將咖啡專業的品牌代言人黑圍裙夥伴創意集結，並與北、中、南的名店主廚搭配推出《Coffee Pairings 星巴克咖啡好食光》─黑圍裙大師X名店主廚的咖啡創意餐搭一書，更是引起居家咖啡創意餐點的風潮。而在本次17週年(2015年)時，更是首次與上海星巴克攜手合作，挑選出20家兩地最具代表性的主題特色門市，做爲本地新舊、兩地文化的交流，串成屬於星巴克的故事集，讓品牌再次以獨特的風貌與民衆見面。</p>
<p>
	　　統一星巴克強調，自2009年起聚焦經營主題特色門市，視門市地點、建物本身、環境等因素去考慮門市的設計與風格，而特色門市更是星巴克最具差異化的特色之一。在目前356家門市中，挑選出將在地舊有建築改造成現代門市典範，如：漢中門市、義十四門市、虎尾門市、保安門市，更加上對臺灣咖啡產業意義的門市，如：內湖民權門市、新竹北門市、永康中正門市、鹿港門市、龍門門市，以及坐擁淡水自然美景的河岸門市，共10家門市。上海星巴克則選出10家精彩演繹當地文化特色的門市，結合成這本雙方攜手合作，訴說華人世界當代咖啡風貌的主題攝影書。</p>
<p>
	　　本次攝影書歷時一年的籌劃與討論，特別邀請2010年獲得法國巴黎PX3國際攝影比賽、美國IPA國際攝影比賽等獎項殊榮的在地攝影師張雪泡，以其擅長的獨到攝影風格，於白天與夜晚取景，更以旅行爲概念搭配充滿特色的影像及文字，自由自在地寫下屬於臺灣及華東地區不可錯過的20家門市，要與大家相遇美好、相遇這20間不可錯過的星巴克門市。</p>
