	　星巴克在雲南又有了新動向。繼12月中旬在普洱的星巴克種植者支持中心落成之後，26日，星巴克正義坊店正式開門迎客，這也是星巴克在昆明開出的第七家店。</p>

	　　星巴克的雲南版圖</p>
<p>
	　　自從去年5月星巴克在昆明順城開出第一家店後，星巴克在昆明市場的佈局一直保持加速狀態，僅僅一年半之後，其在昆明的門店數量迅速增加至7家。加上剛剛開業的正義坊店，昆明市中央商務區已集中了4個星巴克門店。</p>
<p>
	　　星巴克西南區企業傳播某負責人表示，星巴克在昆明的開店速度屬於省會城市中開店速度較快的，除了看重昆明地區星巴克門店的贏利性之外，更重要的是看重雲南市場。</p>
<p>
	　　而事實上，星巴克與雲南的緣分最早要追溯到2009年。2009年推出的&ldquo;鳳舞祥雲&rdquo;是星巴克第一款採用中國優質阿拉比卡咖啡豆調配的綜合咖啡，咖啡豆正是來自於雲南保山。此後，星巴克在雲南種植基地的佈局迅速展開。</p>
<p>
	　　2010年，星巴克與雲南省農業科學院和雲南省普洱市人民政府簽署合諒解備忘錄，正式確定將在雲南省投資並運營咖啡種植者支持中心和咖啡初加工工廠。在進行種植基地佈局的同時，在雲南終端門店的開拓也同時進行。</p>
<p>
	　　兩年之後，星巴克與雲南愛伲集團正式簽約在雲南成立了合資公司，並在普洱市和寧洱縣建立了咖啡初加工工廠。本月12日，星巴克在亞太地區及中國的收割咖啡種植者支持中心正式落成並投入使用。</p>
<p>
	　　本地化一直是星巴克在除美國之外的市場採取的重要策略。最新開業的昆明正義坊店，門店採用了老昆明的建築樣式，內部設計也具有濃郁的昆明特色。</p>
<p>
	　　星巴克中國區總裁王靜瑛此前在接受媒體採訪時就已經表示，星巴克力求加入更多的中國本地元素，將其對文化的深入理解應用到實際中，進而奪取更大的市場。</p>
<p>
	　　顯而易見的是，星巴克對中國市場寄予厚望。其目標是，到2014年使中國成爲星巴克除美國外的第二大市場。</p>
<p>
	　　開店再提速 中國或成星巴克利潤奶牛</p>
<p>
	　　自從1999年星巴克進入中國，在北京開出第一家店以來，目前星巴克已經在中國的50多個城市擁有700餘家店面。星巴克的目標是，到2015年，將在中國運營1500家門店，繼續深化在中國的發展。&ldquo;這也包括昆明&rdquo;，星巴克西南區企業傳播 某負責人強調。</p>
<p>
	　　按照這個目標，意味着在未來3年，星巴克幾乎平均一天就要開出一個門店。昆明市場的快速擴張提示着星巴克未來幾年將重點發力二三線城市的發展策略。</p>
<p>
	　　王靜瑛已經多次在公開場合表示，有信心在2015年完成1500家門店的開店計劃，未來，星巴克咖啡店將拓展進入更多的二三線城市。</p>
<p>
	　　星巴克公司董事長、總裁兼首席執行官霍華德&middot;舒爾茨也同樣認可了星巴克在中國市場二三線城市的成績，&ldquo;二三線城市新門店的表現甚至要好於北京、上海等一線城市門店。&rdquo;</p>
<p>
	　　此前星巴克公佈的第三財季數據，其合併淨收入達到了33億美元，較2011財年同期增長了13%，其中，中國/亞太市場表現更爲突出，淨收益同比增長31%。</p>
<p>
	　　另外一組數據同樣給予了星巴克擴張中國市場信心。來自市場調研機構英敏特的一份調查報告顯示，過去5年內，中國咖啡館數量增長幅度爲99.9%，大大超越了茶館的增速。快速增長的中國市場，無疑將成爲星巴克未來的利潤奶牛。</p>
<p>
	　　此前星巴克在成都、重慶等地提價，有報道指出，此次提價是由於此前的高速併購帶來的高負債。昨日，星巴克西南區企業傳播某負責人回應表示：&ldquo;對於這種不實的傳聞我們沒必要做過多的解釋，如果真是那樣，星巴克又爲何還要在中國市場新開那麼多門店？&rdquo;</p>
