臺海網3月15日訊 據臺灣媒體報道，近年來臺灣手衝咖啡市場越來越受到關注，超商也推手衝咖啡試水溫，一杯單價六十元(新臺幣，下同)，不過手衝咖啡畢竟比較講究，沖泡過程，比一般現泡咖啡多一倍時間，大約四分鐘，民衆嚐鮮但也需要耐心等待，而看準手衝市場，量販店引進掛耳式咖啡，兩年來業績飆升十七倍!</p>

來到超商，咖啡機臺前多了兩個濾壺，這可不是展示品，因爲超商真的賣起，手衝咖啡，只見店員，拿起研磨咖啡粉到入壺中 ，當場拿起熱水手衝，等待幾分鐘，一杯手衝咖啡就這麼完成了，民衆看了好新奇，比起專賣店，一杯手衝咖啡，動輒近百元，超商手衝咖啡 ，選定臺北兩家門市試賣，開價六十元。</p>
<p>
比較傳統現泡咖啡，操作時間兩分鐘，講求速度 ，均價在45到55元，手衝咖啡，需要多一倍的時間，價位貴個十幾塊，口感相對濃厚，嚐鮮民衆也不少，不過要是在結帳顛峯時段選購，恐怕還得多點耐心。</p>
<p>
現在人喝咖啡越來越講就，搶攻手衝市場，量販店也推掛耳式咖啡，而這業績竟然也在，兩年之內飆升17倍，店員一天補貨好幾回，看準顧客消費潛力，賣場直接提供，咖啡豆研磨機，給民衆免費使用。</p>
<p>
周邊商品應運而生，像是家樂福，首度開賣輕量版的手搖研磨機，也引進義大利、日本咖啡豆，拼出兩年增17倍的驚人業績。大潤發主打，自有品牌咖啡膠囊，整體業績成長五成。至於愛買，祭出千元以下電動研磨機，提升整體銷量2成，不論量販店或超商，各出特色，也讓人看見，臺灣人咖啡手衝市場，驚人消費力。</p>
