單純的咖啡館目前在武漢很難盈利，這也許是業內的共識。對於有咖啡館夢想的人而言，不妨嘗試着換一種經營思路吧！昨日，記者在漢口一家單身主題咖啡館裏看到，該店的盈利點不在於賣咖啡，而在於做會員服務。這種思路，也使得這家咖啡館竟然在虧損兩年後開始走上盈利。</div>

辭職下海一圓開店夢想</div>

和許多女人一樣，molly一直也有一個小店夢：“很多女人都希望有一個自己的服裝店、鮮花店等，而我，恰好有一個咖啡館夢。”昨日，記者在武廣附近一棟寫字樓裏看到了她經營的雅緻的單身主題咖啡館。</div>

molly原來在文化單位工作，因始終有一個咖啡館情結，三年前，她選擇辭職創業。“我愛咖啡，我以前的工作差不多就是聊天，爲何不開一家單身俱樂部？”她的這個念頭很快得到了大學同學的支持，幾個人湊了三十萬就開始了創業。想要場地大，臨街的門面肯定租不起，最後，反覆考慮，幾個人將咖啡館“安”在了寫字樓內，佔地188平方米。</div>

molly將咖啡館定義爲一個“漢漂”族聚會的平臺：獨自在漢奮鬥，下班了不知道要去幹嗎的一類人，可以隨意地來咖啡館喝喝咖啡，順便結識一下新朋友，爲生活增添一點樂趣。molly告訴記者，除了結識異性外，也能幫助孤單的“漢漂族”擴大交際圈。但是，因爲每個月的投入都在三萬元以上，加上前期會員並不多，咖啡館前兩年一直處於虧損狀態。</div>

約會活動吸引兩萬會員</div>

記者在咖啡館的價目表上看到，該店咖啡售價爲15元至20元，花樣並不算多，但價格比較平價。不過，咖啡館的盈利並不真來自賣咖啡，在有會員活動時，咖啡是含在會費裏進行贈送的。</div>

這家咖啡館與別家的最大不同，就是服務員特別多，共有11人。實際上，這裏的服務員並不是只做普通的衝調咖啡、端茶倒水的工作，還與來的會員進行交流，瞭解他們的情感需求，並在資料庫裏幫助其查找合適的人選，併爲之牽線。</div>

記者瞭解到，這裏除了每天常規的營業外，還有很多“八分鐘約會”、“黑暗約會”等活動，每次會費由50元至80元不等，而隨着該咖啡館的堅守，目前會員達到兩萬五千人左右。</div>

巧妙借力“團購”擴展業務</div>

除了常規的爲單個會員牽線，組織活動外，molly還會藉助一些大企業來開展“團購”。</div>

記者採訪時，有兩名工作人員正在和會員聯繫，記者細問之下得知，原來，是有一家大型外企準備在這裏爲公司的男士舉辦專場尋緣會，工作人員正根據該外企參會男士的要求，從會員資料裏尋找條件合適的女會員，詢問對方是否有意向參與此次活動。事實上，有單位組織來“團購”，女會員的參與情況要好過平時。</div>

在經營方面，molly也很善於藉助第三方平臺，比如舉辦“美食情緣”、“KTV大賽”、旅遊等，有不少KTV、餐廳和旅遊公司因爲要做推廣，所以有意向一起來參與並提供資源，這樣一來，molly開展活動更省事，也有了更多的利潤空間。 </div>
