我的經驗是喫過咖啡豆後對自己身體沒有什麼問題出現,我也是很喜歡直接喫咖啡豆,我通常都是到咖啡豆專賣店買剛剛烘培好的咖啡豆(別到超市或賣場買),然後分裝到小瓶,剩餘的密封好放冰箱,有空時就拿幾顆來喫,天天都會喫,這樣也過了二年了,目前並沒有什麼不良的情形出現,要是我一天沒喫反而覺的怪怪的,很不自在呢</div>

由於每一爐出爐時都會含一顆在口裏試味道,所以久而久之個人也有這個習慣。</div>

原則上直接咀嚼咖啡豆能測試咖啡豆的新鮮度,越是新鮮香氣濃的咖啡豆在亞熱帶的臺灣,口感乾脆,咬下去有明顯的聲音,有點像在咬“蝦味先”的感覺,若豆子受潮或不新鮮,則口感馬上查覺。</div>

咬的時候,要咬得很碎很碎再吞入食道,之後不久,咖啡所有的韻味則表露無遺! 一顆咖啡豆咬進嘴裏的感受相當於喝半杯咖啡的感覺,而且對於我們經常要測試咖啡不同豆種味道,有這樣經驗的人,反而可藉此體會每一種豆子不同的風味! 磨碎加包子,變咖啡包子,加餅乾變咖啡餅乾,擺入適當的咖啡粉加入湯頭煮雞湯,變成咖啡雞,聽說味道還特別鮮美——</div>
