準備材料與器具:咖啡、牛奶、咖啡杯(約 200cc)、拉花杯、奶泡壺或打奶泡鋼杯、打奶棒、尖端形狀工具或牙籤、大圓匙、巧克力醬、有顏色糖漿或果醬、煮咖啡工具或咖啡機</div>

首先,將奶泡打好。左手固定住咖啡杯,右手拿拉花杯,然後拉花杯就着咖啡杯將奶泡倒入。</div>

等接近半杯時,將拉花杯移至咖啡杯杯緣處,注意奶柱不能斷,接下來開始輕輕晃動拉花杯,不要管其它什麼技巧,慢慢的「白色波紋」會出現。</div>
<div>
直到快滿杯時,停止晃動然後收起拉花杯,收杯切記要結束得乾淨利落。</div>

運用奶泡的稠度,倒入咖啡時,奶泡會一層一層的向前推擠,於是咖啡跟奶泡會區隔出層次。結束前奶泡杯不用直接離開,而是要提高奶泡杯,利用最後的奶泡向層次的中間劃一條線當收尾,因爲奶泡杯提高會讓奶泡陷入杯底,讓單調的層次增加變化。<br />

先不要將蒸氣管伸進牛奶中,因爲蒸氣管中可能有一些凝結的水,所以先把前段的蒸氣放掉一些,順便排出多餘的水份。</div>

將溫度計插入容器中,然後將蒸氣管斜插入牛奶裏,打開蒸氣開關。</div>

慢慢的將把蒸氣噴嘴位置調整到距離牛奶表面一點點的地方,但是千萬不要高於液麪,否則牛奶會濺得到處都是。當位置正確的時候會聽到一種平穩的“嘶嘶”聲,否則就會很大聲或是幾乎沒有聲音。</div>

當奶泡充足之後,就可以將蒸氣管埋深一點,讓蒸氣繼續替牛奶加溫。蒸氣管埋的角度最好是剛好可以使牛奶旋轉。</div>
<div>
<br />
漫度到達60度-70度之間的時候就可以關掉蒸氣開關。</div>
<div>
用溼抹布將附着在蒸氣管上的牛奶擦乾淨,同時再放出一蒸氣,以免牛奶幹了之後難以清理。<br />
