	　　很多咖啡愛好者在製作一個人的咖啡還好，如果增加人數就有些彷徨失措，有人說多一個人就分量乘以二，有些則每增加一人份少用2克粉量，也就是說，如果一人份以14克粉量衝一杯180毫升咖啡，一旦增加爲兩人份，只需以26克粉量(節省2克粉)就能沖泡兩倍量，共360毫升咖啡，咖啡豆可萃取的水溶性成分，頂多只佔豆重的30%，有些產地咖啡可能還更低。味蕾會說話，少了2克咖啡粉的泡煮比例1:13.8，喝起來明顯比1:12.8更稀薄，經過ExtractMoJo檢測1:12.8的濃度爲1.42%，明顯高於1:13.8的濃度1.39%。</div>

	　　因此，在相同的泡煮比例下，咖啡的濃度不會隨着杯數增加而自然上升，也就是說1:12比例，手衝一杯量的濃度，與同比例手衝二杯量或三杯量的濃度，是相同的;咖啡粉的用量也不會因爲杯數增加，而有減少用粉的空間，多少粉量能衝出多少咖啡，其濃度自有定數，除非你以更細的咖啡粉或更高的水溫沖泡，這另當別論。</div>

	　　另外，如果底壺有剩下的數十毫升黑咖啡，有些精打細算的店家爲免浪費，有可能下次手衝時，會酌量少加粉，這不無可能。總之，有信用的店家還是老實點，不需爲了節省幾克咖啡而得罪味蕾敏感的老客人。<br />
