3.水洗法:利用水洗和發酵的方法去除果皮果肉及粘膜。這種方法也被稱爲“完全水洗法(Fully Washed)”。水洗法是世界上大部分咖啡原產國處理阿拉比卡咖啡豆最常見的方法。一些地區還會利用先進的高壓水洗機來清洗咖啡豆的果皮果肉及粘膜,因此不再需要發酵處理。這種利用高壓水洗機處理咖啡豆的方法被稱爲“自然水洗法(Pulped Natural)”。</div>
