探訪雲南賓川華僑農場：農場深處的“十八般武藝”</p>
<p>
【解說】雲南大理賓川爲中國著名僑鄉，其中有太和農場、賓居農場、綵鳳農場三個華僑農場。記者實地探訪了三個華僑農場，發現歸僑們其實身懷“十八般武藝”，歸僑們發揮各自技藝，把僑鄉打造得更加地具有特色。</p>
<p>
【解說】在賓川太和農場，有一家“二對咖啡”十分出名，二對咖啡最初的名字是叫“合意來小賣部”，它是由越南歸僑冼錦華和妻子二人於1985年在當時的太和華僑農場開設的一家雜貨鋪，令人意想不到的是這家小店最初經營的內容不是咖啡，而是早點。後來隨着身邊的朋友都喜歡來他的早點鋪喝咖啡，他就開始慢慢地嘗試着賣起咖啡來。</p>

因爲我們這些農場人有的是從印尼，從越南迴來的老一輩，他們有這個習慣，都喜歡喝咖啡，當時父母在越南也接觸過這些東西，也學過，那回來(賣)早點然後又加這個咖啡，當時老一輩有這個喝咖啡的習慣，慢慢的我們才把這個店慢慢的做起來。</p>
<p>
【解說】現在的二對咖啡都是選用雲南優質的小粒咖啡進行製作。三十多年來，儘管二對咖啡在原有基礎上經過了多次改良，但他們至今仍堅持許多傳統工藝和製作方法，目的就是爲了最大限度的保留咖啡原有的味道。</p>
<p>
【解說】同樣是越南華僑的莫鳳月則在太和農場經營着一家越南風味的僑味餐廳，她利用自己嫺熟的廚藝於1985年開了一家餐廳，把獨具越南風味的菜餚經過和當地口味相結合之後，使得餐廳越來越受到大家的歡迎。</p>

我是從78年回國的，跟隨母親和兄弟姐們一起回來，那時候我才12歲，回國的時候還是去讀書的。讀到初中就回來務農，然後想想就和現在的老公好上了，自己也有手藝不如就去開餐館，然後我們就去開餐館了。</p>
<p>
【解說】綵鳳農場的越南華僑翟李廣雖然還是從事着農活，但是從父親那裏學到的一手製作銀器的本領卻一直沒有忘記。在農閒時還依舊制作一些首飾爲家庭創收，改善一下生活。精湛的手藝獲得了友鄰的一致好評。</p>

<p>
我是從1979年隨父母回國，在賓川這裏定居，這個工藝是從越南那邊帶回來的，覺得對這方面(感興趣)，我們歸僑一般都喜歡佩戴首飾，覺得要把這個首飾(工藝)繼續把它傳承下去，我對這方面比較感興趣，在農忙的時候閒下來還是加工一下首飾。</p>

【解說】30多年來的變遷，華僑農場也在不斷改變，正是靠着一代代歸僑們的不斷努力，才把華僑農場發展得越來越好。也正是因爲歸僑們的心靈手巧，發揮不同的特點和優勢，才把僑鄉建設得更加的具有特色。</p>
